Refund policy

Because every tree is made with your family's names, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for names that were typed incorrectly, so please check the preview carefully before ordering. If your tree arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free. If you need to fix a name, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if it hasn't gone to print.
